Article 1 - Company details

Snow Nail Designs is a sole proprietorship in its start-up phase. There is currently no Chamber of Commerce registration. Should the business expand, Chamber of Commerce and any address details will be added to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Snow Nail Designs and to every agreement concluded between Snow Nail Designs and the consumer.

Article 3 - The offer and the agreement

The offer on the website is non-binding. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and after payment of the order.
For custom press-ons, delivery will only commence after receipt of accurate sizing via the sizing kit.

Article 4 - Prices and payment

All stated prices are in euros, including VAT. Payment is made in advance via PayPal.
In the future, payment via iDEAL through Mollie may also be possible.

Article 5 - Delivery and execution

Delivery takes place within the Netherlands via PostNL. Snow Nail Designs dispatches a sizing kit after ordering; based on the returned measurements, the set is custom-made.
The final delivery time depends on how quickly the customer provides the measurements.
Snow Nail Designs is not liable for delays caused by PostNL.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made products (custom press-ons).
Return of the sizing kit is possible within 14 days, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Article 7 - Complaint procedure

Complaints can be reported within 7 days of receiving the product via info@snownaildesigns.nl.
Clearly describe the complaint and include photos if possible. Snow Nail Designs strives to respond within 5 working days.

Article 8 - Warranty and liability

Snow Nail Designs products are handmade. Slight color or pattern deviations may occur.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Liability is limited to the amount of the original order.

Article 9 - Privacy

Personal data will only be used for processing orders and improving services.

Article 10 - Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
