Article 1 - Company information

Snow Nail Designs is a sole proprietorship in its early stages. It is not currently registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK). By extension, Chamber of Commerce and any address details will be added to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Snow Nail Designs and to every agreement reached between Snow Nail Designs and the consumer.

Article 3 - The offer and the agreement

The offer on the website is without obligation. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and after payment of the order.
For custom press-ons, delivery will only start after receipt of a correct measurement via the size kit.

Article 4 - Prices and payment

All prices listed are in euros, including VAT. Payment is made in advance via PayPal.
In the future, it will also be possible to pay with iDEAL via Mollie.

Article 5 - Delivery and execution

Delivery takes place within the Netherlands via PostNL. Snow Nail Designs sends a size kit after order; The set will be custom made based on the returned measurements.
The final delivery time depends on how quickly the customer provides the measurements.
Snow Nail Designs is not liable for delays caused by PostNL.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

For custom-made products (custom press-ons), the right of withdrawal is excluded.
Returns of the size kit are possible within 14 days, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return costs are for the customer.

Article 7 - Complaints procedure

Complaints can be reported within 7 days after receiving the product via info@snownaildesigns.nl .
Please describe the complaint clearly and, if possible, add photos. Snow Nail Designs strives to to respond within 5 working days.

Article 8 - Warranty and liability

Snow Nail Designs products are handmade. Slight color or pattern variations may occur. prevent.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Liability is limited to the amount of the original order.

Article 9 - Privacy

Personal data will only be used to process orders and improve of the service provided.

Article 10 - Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
